Freedom of Speech

Taken from the English Bill of Rights (1689):

Freedom of Speech.

That the Freedome of Speech and Debates or Proceedings in Parlyament ought not to be impeached or questioned in any Court or Place out of Parlyament.

Watch this debate about the 'aggressive apparatchiks of the state' trying to stop people contacting their MPs to gain a redress of grievances. (Very grateful acknowledgement to this blog).
