One day Oneplace will work... but why is it that things are launched without preparation?

  1. Possibly because they're stealing Windows' trick of using consumers as guineapigs instead of trained techies?

    I've checked the site, and it's up. But I wondered, how can a government-run site give in independent review of public services less than 6 months before a general election?
